During the 2024/25 season, Diego demonstrated outstanding coaching with the Giovanissimi and U13 teams. His teams showed technical quality, competitive spirit, and the right mentality – values that FC Gherdëina aims to instil in its young players.

But Diego didn't stop there. During the winter months, he attended additional courses and successfully earned his UEFA Licence C – a qualification that demands time, discipline, and strong commitment. This demonstrates his path of continuous personal and professional development.
